Tutor, Activities and Mentor Programs White Rock Village is a local community in need of volunteers to tutor and mentor children. Volunteers are needed for such activities as serving lunches during school breaks, setup and administering activity programs, and offering tutoring for school aged children in need of these services. Current Volunteer Opportunities   White Rock Village, located at 2200 Valley View Parkway in El Dorado Hills (Near Town Center, across from Target), has an ongoing need for the following volunteers: Homework Club - Volunteers are needed to help kids with their nightly homework. Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-5:00 p.m. Kids Club (ages 10 and under) - Volunteers are needed to help plan, implement and supervise activities such as crafts,music, cooking, games, sports.
